DROPS STRAIGHT NEEDLES SIZE 3 mm – or size needed to get 24 sts with pattern = width 10 cm.
WRIST WARMERS
DROPS DOUBLE POINTED NEEDLES SIZE 3 mm - or size needed to get 24 sts x 32 rows in stocking st = 10 x 10 cm.

PATTERN
See diagram M.1 for scarf and diagram M.2 for wrist warmers. The diagrams show pattern from RS.
GARTER ST (back and forth on needle):
K all rows.
GARTER ST (in the round on double pointed needles):
1 ridge = 2 rounds * K 1 round and P 1 round , repeat from -*.
SCARF
Cast on 47 sts on needle size 3 mm with Baby Alpaca Silk.
K 3 rows over all sts. Continue with diagram M.1 (1st row = RS) with 3 sts in GARTER ST in each side – see explanation above! When piece measures approx. 109 cm, adjust after 1 whole repetition (i.e. there should be 47 sts on needle), K 3 rows over all sts. Loosely cast off.
WRIST WARMERS
Worked in the round on double pointed needles.
Cast on 48 sts on double pointed needles size 3 mm with Baby Alpaca Silk. Work 4 rounds in GARTER ST - see explanation above. Then work diagram M.2 (= 3 repetitions in the round). Continue with diagram M.2 until piece measures approx. 18 cm, make sure to finish after round marked with arrow in diagram. Work 5 rounds in stocking st. Work next round as follows: * 1 YO, K 2 tog , repeat from -* (= lace edge). Work 4 rounds in stocking st. Loosely cast off.
Fold the bottom 4 rounds towards WS (fold in lace edge) and sew nicely and not too tight.
