Tools
PULLOVER
Gauge: 10 sts x 14 rows on needles 9 in stockinette st = 10 x 10 cm.
Rib: * K 4, P 4 , repeat from * - .
Stripes-body: 10-11-12-13-14 cm beige, 7 cm white, 7 cm marine blue and 10 cm beige.
Stripes-sleeve: 20 cm beige, 2 rows marine blue, 4 rows ice blue, 6 cm white, 6 cm beige, 2 rows white, 6 rows ice blue, 4 rows marine blue and 6 rows white (= approx. 49 cm).
Knitting tips (for raglan shaping):
All decs are made on right side.
Before the marker: knit to last 3 sts before the marker, K 2 tog, K 1.
After the marker: K 1, slip 1 as if to knit, K 1, psso.
Body: Loosely cast on 80-88-96-104-120 sts on circular needles with beige; join and place a marker at the join and after 40-44-48-52-60 sts (2 markers). Knit stripes following stripes pattern above – the 7 first cm in rib, then stockinette st.
When the piece measures 15 and 25 cm inc 1 st at each side of each marker = 88-96-104-112-128 sts. When stripes are complete the piece measures approx. 34-35-36-37-38 cm. Bind off 6 sts at each side for armhole (3 sts at each side of marker) = 38-42-46-50-58 sts remain on front and back. Lay piece aside and knit the sleeves.
Sleeve: Loosely cast on 24-24-24-32-32 sts on double-pointed needles with beige; join and place a marker at the join. Knit stripes following stripes pattern above – the 12 first cm in rib, then in stockinette st.
After the rib inc 1 st each side of marker every 6.5-5.5-5-8-6.5 cm a total of 6-7-8-5-6 times = 36-38-40-42-44 sts.
After stripes the piece measures approx. 49 cm, bind off 3 sts each side of marker = 30-32-34-36-38 sts. Lay piece aside and knit a second sleeve.
Yoke: Put in the sleeves on the same circular needles as the Body where you bound off for armholes = 136-148-160-172-192 sts. Put a marker in each transition between the sleeves, front and back.
Read the entire next section before knitting:
Color: Knit 7 cm with ice blue then continue with white to finished measurements.
Raglan shaping: Knit 2-2-1-1-1 rows before beginning raglan shaping. Dec 1 st at each side of each marker – see knitting tips: every other row 10-11-12-13-14 times.
Neck: When the piece measures 44-46-48-50-52 cm at center front put the 8-10-10-12-12 sts at center front on a st holder for the neck. Then bind off at each neck edge every other row: 2 sts 1 time and 1 st 2 times.
After all shaping is complete there are 40-42-46-48-60 sts.
Neckband: Pick up approx. 20-22 sts at front neck with white (incl. sts on st holder). Join and K 1 row, decreasing evenly distributed to 48-56-56-56-64 sts. Knit 4 rows rib – see that you get K 4 at center front. Then bind off in rib.
Assembly: Sew opening under the sleeve.
Hat:
Size: One-size
Materials: DROPS Paris from Garnstudio
100 g colour 16, white
50 g colour 26, beige.
DROPS crochet hook 4 mm.
Tension: 15 tr x 8 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Crochet tips: First tr on each round replaces by ch 3.
Hat:
Ch 4, make a circle by working a sl st into 1st ch. Read crochet tips!
1st round: 8 tr om sirkelen.
2nd round: 2 tr in each tr = 16 m.
3rd round: 2 tr in each tr = 32 m.
4th round: 1 tr in each tr but in every 2nd work 2 tr = 48 tr.
5th round: 1 tr in each tr but in every 3rd work 2 tr = 64 tr.
6th round: 1 tr in each tr but in every 4th work 2 tr = 80 tr.
Piece now measures approx 15 cm in diameter.
Continue with 1 tr in each tr.
When piece measure 13 cm from the center to edge work 1 round beige, 2 rounds white and 1 round beige. Then continue in white.
When piece measure 18 cm from the center to edge work 2 tr in every 4th tr (= 100 tr).
Work 3 more rounds with 1 tr in each tr.
Fasten off.
