KNITTING TENSION
20 stitches in width and 27 rows in height with stocking stitch = 10 x 10 cm.
NEEDLES
DROPS DOUBLE POINTED NEEDLES SIZE 3.5 MM.
DROPS CIRCULAR NEEDLE SIZE 3.5 MM: Length 40 cm.
Needle size is only a guide. If you get too many stitches on 10 cm, change to a larger needle size. If you get too few stitches on 10 cm, change to a smaller needle size.

HAT – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE
The piece is worked in the round with circular needle, bottom up. Change to double pointed needles when necessary.
HAT
Cast on 100-110-120 stitches with circular needle size 3.5 mm and Air. Purl 1 round.
Work rib in the round (knit 1, purl 1).
REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION!
Work until the piece measures 25-27-29 cm; 7 cm left to finished length.
Now work A.1 (= 10 stitches) 10-11-12 times on the round.
When A.1 has been completed in height there are 10-11-12 stitches left.
Knit 0-1-0, then knit the remaining stitches together 2 and 2 = 5-6-6 stitches.
Cut the strand and pull it through the remaining stitches, tighten and fasten well.
The hat measures approx. 32-34-36 cm. Fold up the bottom 10 cm, to the right side.
